API inline documentation can be tightened up

Problem description
The info.description field could be updated with additional terminology definitions and shorter point-based reorganized information very similar to the popuation-density-data API.

Expected action
structure the info.description field of the API.

Additional context
As this API is an initial API, this update could be done in a later release, but it would help ease of understanding by developers. Up to the team to decide.
