With the CZU Lightning Complex Fires, this project seems to be up in the air. Just check out the current state of the docs and add anything that's missing.

I was thinking that we could just make the assistant that we are building for Swanton a general, offline solution. We could mention that the first implementation was for Swanton Pacific and mention the current state.
