startup metro after 'run:android' #514

Describe the feature
When running android on expo for example the metro server will be started as well as installing the app on the device.
When I ran yarn android the app launched but immediately throws and error about no metro running. I can of course run yarn start separately but it could cause some confusion for beginners for example.
Motivation
Makes it 1 command to start the app instead of two
