First-class support for linking assets

Describe the feature

In React Native Community Community CLI there is a command link-assets which creates relevant files and directories for native iOS and Android projects.

Motivation

To have better DevX

When I researched it most of linking assets was fonts only. The rest (images, videos) is handled by bundle command

It's pretty easy to add manually. But overall I think we should come back to this once we'll get to prebuilds that we experimented in #166

My 2 cents: Some unannounced platform performs image and texture compression during bundling. Exposing a hook or middleware to provide custom "transformation step" (ideally for any asset type) would be beneficial for them.
