chore(deps): bump @ag-ui/core+client+proto+encoder to 0.0.59

The four packages pin each other exactly, so they move together. 0.0.59
brings the protocol-standard top-level resume array on RunAgentInputSchema
(with the conditional spread in prepareRunAgentInput that 0.0.52 lacked —
on 0.0.52 a top-level resume was dropped at input assembly, which made AWS
Strands resume unsendable), plus InterruptSchema /
RunFinishedInterruptOutcomeSchema and client-side pendingInterrupts
tracking.

Lockfile edited surgically (version, resolved, integrity, and intra-@Ag-ui
dependency pins for the four entries; root range for @ag-ui/client) — NOT
regenerated, to keep the Linux @next/swc-* bindings intact. npm ci resolves
cleanly; @ag-ui/langgraph@0.0.41 peers (core/client >=0.0.42) are satisfied
by 0.0.59 with no duplicates:

  npm ls @ag-ui/core @ag-ui/client @ag-ui/proto @ag-ui/encoder
  -> single 0.0.59 for each, fully deduped, exit 0
