chore(release): bump publishable packages to 0.0.53 (#731)

Ships to npm: KaTeX/math rendering (#726), merged reasoning pill (#724),
ag-ui itinerary panel phase 1 (#729), and the render NG0953 emit-after-destroy
fix (#730). Patch-only per the 0.0.x policy; all 7 publishable libs move
together (verify-release-versions green at 0.0.53).
