fix(website): line rhythm, trimmed framing, and three measured corrections

Applies the editorial and spec review findings:
- every 3+ sentence prose line broken to one sentence per line
  (31 -> 0; avg prose line 199 -> 86 chars, matching the measured
  2026 corpus band)
- removed two of three consecutive announcements of honesty; the
  disclosure content stands on its own
- headers de-mirrored, stronger/thinner sections restructured as
  bullets, file accounting inverted to claim-then-justify,
  recommendation hoisted above the fold
- the modeMatcher comment is 14 lines, not 15
- the AG-UI routes file holds five entries, not three
- the reconnect row now names connectAgent() being unimplemented on
  HttpAgent rather than claiming no reconnect model exists
