[Bug]: Image files cause workflow tests to fail

Prerequisites

Expected/Current Behaviour

Tests pass without an image file present in the repository--adding an image file causes the tests to fail.

Commit an image file to the repository

Possible Solution

1. Find out how to exclude specific file types from the tests (I know they currently exclude binary file types)
2. Find out if there's a way to exclude particular files or directories
