We currently run different portals for public, GENIE and PedcBioPortal. With the integration of Clickhouse we might be able to consolidate some of these decreasing cloud costs and enabling users to query across studies in all portals

  • Combine public and GENIE portal
    • Change theme based on domain (e.g. genie.cbioportal.org vs www.cbioportal.org should show different branding, and different default studies). Might need RFC
