Can agfs-fuse be supported?

The current agfs-shell has limitations and cannot fully execute all command lines. If agfs could be mounted to a local directory, it would be extremely powerful.

This is in my plan, and I’ve actually been struggling with it for a while. When designing the AGFS file system API, I made a few assumptions that differ from POSIX. The biggest inconsistency is the Write interface:

Write(path string, data []byte) ([]byte, error)

In AGFS, write can return data, whereas in POSIX it is defined as:

ssize_t write(int fildes, const void *buf, size_t nbyte);

Implementing FUSE itself is not difficult, but some file systems built on top of AGFS that rely on write returning a string (such as QueueFS) may need to be redesigned, or alternatively, they may simply discard the return value from write.

But I’ll try implementing a simple FUSE prototype that just discards the return value from write API and see how the experience feels.
