.matches returns incorrectly

const r1 = startDate.recur().every(2, 'weeks');
const r2 = startDate.recur().every(14, 'days');

 // both should be true but prints false;

console.log(r1.matches(twoWeeksLater)); // false
console.log(r2.matches(twoWeeksLater)); // false
