[Bug]: ICS subscription fails (too big?)

Description

Hi,

I have a rather large ICS calendar I'd like to subscribe to, but it is big - around 13mb. Currently bulwark fails to add it.Downloading the file and importing it works, but this is not what I want.

I had asked on the stalwart forum, thinking this was a stalwart limitation, but they pointed me here.

Steps to Reproduce

Subscribe a big ICS file

Expected Behavior

ICS subscription happens.

Actual Behavior

Fails to subscribe. The only error in the UI is "Failed to add subscription"
