Hide the Workflow Team section in Django Admin

Request

Hide the Workflow Teams section in Django admin since it is no longer relevant for development, though it may be in use somewhere, so we don't want to remove, it just hide it.

Expected behavior

When a user with SuperAdmin or Staff Access logs into the /admin they no longer will see the section Workflow Teams /admin/workflow/workflowteam/
