Description of the bug

I am trying to MCP tool calls with MCP inspector over HTTP. I get the follown CDP error messages. I think this is a bug.

[MCP] Tool call error: create_window; HTTP Error: http://localhost:9100/mcp/tool/create_window
[MCP] Tool call error: create_window; Error response: Error: Internal error in create_window: CDP error: 'Browser.createWindow' wasn't found

Steps to Reproduce

Open MCP inspector
List the tools
Try to call the tool
