Settings Sync

I can't find any relevant page about what browserOS login synchronizes. On the Chrome settings page there is no login, but if I log into browserOS, I can't select anything. Does it synchronize browser settings and extensions? If not, what is the way to do this? I use 3 machines, I wouldn't like to set up my entire workflow separately on each of them. However, in the browser it's not clear to me where I should resolve this. Or is this completely degoogled, so there is no sync at all?
