Double-clicking on the 'Finish' button in the 'Create Application' -> 'YAML' dialog creates two identical applications

Possible solution: Disabling button immediately on click

Workaround: Don't double-click ;-)

The usual way round this is to add a hidden token that gets checked on form-submission to prevent double submission with the same token
