Postmortem / lessons-learned: bridgelet-product-audit/postmortems/mobile-services-logger-only-populated-directory.md

Purpose:
Write a knowledge-base article documenting this structural observation.

This file should cover:

• Note the factual finding: of whatever services the mobile app's architecture anticipates, only logger currently has content.
• Discuss what this suggests about the mobile app's current maturity relative to the frontend (e.g. no dedicated wallet/API-client service module found at this layer).
• Close with a note recommending this be revisited as mobile-app-parity-checklist.md's broader parity review proceeds.

Scope: documentation-only addition to a new, standalone folder. No changes to frontend/ or mobile/ are needed to close this issue.
