Purpose:
Provide a short, high-level summary of the existing multi-chain evaluation document.

This file should cover:

• Summarize the document's conclusion/current direction at a high level only.
• Explicitly defer all detail and reasoning to the source document rather than duplicating it.
• Note this as background context relevant to anyone reviewing the wallet-connection-types.md entry's Stellar-specific assumptions.

Scope: documentation-only addition to a new, standalone folder. No changes to frontend/ or mobile/ are needed to close this issue.
