Glossary entry: bridgelet-product-audit/glossary/custodial-model-in-practice.md

Purpose:
Ground the existing abstract GLOSSARY.md definition in the actual code paths that implement it.

This file should cover:

• Quote (in your own words) the existing GLOSSARY.md definition as the starting point.
• Point to the funding-keypair-based account creation and sweep flows in bridgelet-sdk (per bridgelet-sdk-audit's two-phase-account-creation.md) as the concrete custodial mechanism.
• Note the 'generated' wallet type in this repo as a related but distinct concept (a user-held key generated client-side) worth not conflating with the custodial funding key.

Scope: documentation-only addition to a new, standalone folder. No changes to frontend/ or mobile/ are needed to close this issue.
