Threat-model writeup: bridgelet-audit/threat-models/storage-expiry-risk.md

Purpose:
Consolidate the instance-storage TTL exposure into one cross-contract document.

This file should cover:

• Summarize, contract by contract, whether TTL extension is currently invoked.
• Describe what 'archived and needs restoration' looks like operationally for someone running this system.
• Cross-reference instance-storage-ttl.md for the underlying Soroban mechanics.

Scope: documentation-only addition to a new, standalone folder. No changes to contracts/, docs/, scripts/, or tools/ are needed to close this issue.
