The source code are easy to understand and i have time to code

You are welcome to fork the project. I'll not be able to provide the signing keys for the app, so if you were interested in uploading the apk to Play or another store you will need to change the app ID for it to work, and probably a few other things as well such as the app name and update the copyright stuff.

even more sad that i have no knowledge about how to update FFmpeg in this project, so even my fork probally should not be used

that's the issue looks like even F-Droid used the .aar :(

also com.crystal:crystalrangeseekbar:1.1.3 appears to be missing, I guess it went down with https://jfrog.com/blog/jcenter-sunset/
