Lol, I have the same issue but I thought it was due to me playing it on Linux.

There are some visible errors on the BepInEx screen though. Will try and get them later

What version of the mod are you on? The current released versions are broken due to game updates. We'll release fixed versions soon or you can join the discord to get early access to the current build.

I had the same issue with the current released version, then I built following the steps explained in https://github.com/brandonmousseau/vhvr-mod/blob/master/README.development.md and it worked!
