investigate missing item durability in hotbar

Any idea what causes my tool durability not to show in vr? its a blank bar

With m+kb I've noticed issues with durability on the quickbar either with inventory open or closed (can't remember) and fine vice versa

Can this mod be adapted for another Unity game?
Genshin Impact for example? there is a private server that allows you to manipulate any game file, and the use of mod is allowed!

I really wanted to try a vr mod for this game, where do I start?
