Updated the shared @brain-bbqs/config package to 0.2.0 (#54)

* Updated the shared @brain-bbqs/config package to 0.2.0

0.2.0 puts the pre-paint script back at the top of <head>, keeps it out of Storybook, and gives the
Storybook preview a browser-safe entry point, so preview.ts now imports
@brain-bbqs/config/storybook-preview.
