Description
As a conference organizer, I would like to, not only filter papers I have (not) rated, but also filter papers by an exact note (eg. see all ❤️, see all 3 ⭐...)
Additional context
Some workflows have restrictions on rating (eg. one 5 ⭐ per category, one ❤️ and so on), so having the possibility to filter by this criteria would be a time saver :).
