• Line spacing (uneven leading). pgs 53 and 55 of chapter 4 [pg 7 and 8 of individual chap PDF] are good examples of this problem. (GC LO -- Baselines are not even #677)
• The source URL is too close to the bottom of the page. I thought we solved this, but somehow in the process of things it got unsolved. (Move source text into footer space #684)
• Confirm that the margins are what they are set for.
• Blank pages in front matter contain running headers. That seems odd. (Fix: Front matter intro blank pages have no header page number #685)
• Update footnote font size if requested by the time we get to this item. (Update 13-Nov: footnote size is OK, no need for change)
• Ellipsis handling is not pretty.
• English letters are slightly larger than the surrounding text. (LO1972, TH1940, TH1971, GC 22.1). (Adjust reference font size #686)
• Extra space at bottom of page 98 (which may not still be there after we take care of the things above.) (The page ends with {GC 110.1})
• Advice for linking to online book.
• Advice on an .md to .html pipeline. (I don't care if it is written in Fortran, if there is any way to launch the book online when it comes off the press, I would do that.) (WIP: Add GC website #688)

Are we sure this isn't just a widow/orphan issue? The next header can't fit on the page with its spacing, or the header with a single line of text can't fit on the page? Personally, I'd rather not have a loan header on the end of a page.

It's a little hard to tell with the footnotes...but smells like widow/orphan to me? Very much willing to be corrected.
