code block text and link issues

on the following page:
https://www.boost.io/doc/libs/master/doc/antora/url/reference.html

you can see that the code block links are bold (font-weight: 600) they should really be 500 and there is no hover effect on the links.

it would be good to have the standard
--bl-link-color: var(--light-bl-link-color);
--bl-link-hover-color: var(--light-bl-link-hover-color);
applied to all links, regardless of if they are in code blocks.
