Issue
Sub-agents currently cannot see or access skills, which appears to be limiting their ability to complete tasks correctly. When a main agent tries to prompt sub-agents to perform tasks, they lack access to the necessary skills, resulting in incorrect task execution.
Expected Behavior
Sub-agents should be able to see and utilize the same skills available to the main agent, enabling them to properly complete delegated tasks.
Current Behavior
Sub-agents do not have visibility into available skills, causing them to fail or perform tasks incorrectly even when the main agent provides proper prompting.
Example
Multiple Shelley sub-agents have executed tasks incorrectly despite the main agent attempting to guide them with detailed prompts.
