Description
When a VM is renamed, the three dots menu in Shelley still offers a link to the old VM name, while the welcome message correctly displays the new URL.
Expected Behavior
After renaming a VM, all references to that VM (including links in the three dots menu) should be updated to reflect the new name.
Actual Behavior
The three dots menu continues to show the old VM URL/name while the welcome message below displays the correct new URL.
