Login backgrounds do not work if the theme is installed away from the moodle standard theme directory. #180
Description
If you install the theme in a directory away from the standard moodle_root/theme directory (customizing in config.php the variable $CFG->themedir, then the themesettings.php in the ajax directory cannot be found.
AFAIK there's no way in moodle to get the url for a php resource script inside the theme directory, so i've no workaround or suggestions for solving this issue.
I'd to remove from jquery/elegance.js the bg loading from the themesettings.php to avoid 404 errors in the browser.
