Describe the bug
bmad installer fails to install BMB with

Installing bmb.│
■  Installation failed
│
■  Installation failed: ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir '/Users/***/.bmad/cache/external-modules/bmb/src'
│
│  Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir '/Users/***/.bmad/cache/external-modules/bmb/src'
■  Canceled

Steps to reproduce

1. Install BMAD in new directory via 6.2.1 bmad-method installer
2. select BMB as module to install

Expected behavior
bmad-method installer should be able to install BMB successfully

Environment (if relevant)

• Model(s) used: None or Any
• Agentic IDE used: None, or Any
• BMad version: 6.2.1
• Project language: Any

Temporary Fix:
Check this repo out in a separate folder
reset main to v1.1.0 git checkout main && git reset --hard v1.1.0
change remote in ~/.bmad/cache/external-plugins/bmb to point to the other git folder
Now when bmad-method calls git reset --hard origin/HEAD it pulls main from the other folder, which is pointed to a working commit.

im failing to understand how to install it...
