Group not focusing on same target

Group seems to be attacking random targets rather than assisting the tank - despite explicit 'assist tank' combat orders.

Nuke down same target - same target as tank. Pros: quicker reduction of the number of mobs attacking the group, easier for tank to hold aggro (tank is made to take less damage so better survivability for the group and less strain on the healer)

There are two exceptions:

1. (easy to check) Healer has aggro. Any DPS with aggro is always better than healer with aggro.
2. (difficult to check) if there are a ton of targets, one or more of which are elite (tank tries to hold aggro), one or more are normal (DPS nukes these down ASAP, possibly even with high-cost AoE skills)
