Add equivalent of Revm v19 `CustomPrintTracer`

Unclear if the deprecation is intentional, would be great to have this available in the latest REVM.

We are using it in Foundry in various ways and appears to be currently missing.

Didn't know it was used in Foundry, this was one of first inspectors that I used for testing, but for the last two year or more I transitioned to Tracer3155.

I think it is fine for it to be in Foundry, but if you find easier, we can add it back here.

I wasn't aware of TracerEip3155, it is likely Foundry can relatively easily switch to it and is likely better for our purpose. I'll add it as a follow-up ticket for Foundry.

One example of how it is currently used is the --trace-printer (-t) flag cast run 0x116a0bca01e7c19987f0f1deb1fd1327328fa5d8ec91474739fbf9b85c08afec -t -r <SEPOLIA_RPC_URL>

For now I'll just keep the CustomPrintTracer in Foundry, if others show interest in this we can re-open the ticket and re-evaluate.
