BlueCFD does not have neighbour cell face #272

I'm new to BlueCFD and C++. I'm trying to learn how to create a mesh with longitudinal flow around a cylinder. I made a template in AutoCAD to make it easier to write the code. I'm following the user guide, but nothing's working. I've been trying to find a solution to my problem all day. Please tell me what's going on. I'm attaching the project archive and the mesh in AutoCAD.
