Release notes for blueCFD-Core 2024-2

This task aims to publicly compile the list of changes made since blueCFD-Core 2024-1 (August 2024).

1. Sync up branch blueCFD-Core-12 with upstream OpenFOAM-12:

   • From OpenFOAM-12 repository, up to commit XXX, XXX.

   • From ThirdParty-12 repository, up to commit XXX, XXX.

2. Fixed issue The default installation path does not work in blueCFD-Core 2024-1 (#257)

3. Revised the script multicomponentFluid/nc7h16/Allrun to work with gnuplot 6.

4. Installed the package mingw-w64-x86_64-wxPython.
