Please, explain how this
"Start Small - Implement a Minimal Viable Product(MVP)/Prototype"
fits into
"Practical Advice and Best Practices for Blockchain Assessment"
? Implementation is NOT a part of the assessment.
What is a "legacy system" ? This is simply ambiguous.
Why "create a custodian" is singled out : every information set
has an owner ; there is a difference between an owner and
a custodian ; so why is the custodian ?
