Motivation
I'm self-hosting my entire stack including a buzz relay, my Android (LineageOS) does not have Google Play Services - Buzz on Andriod does not launch without it.
Proposed solution
A build flag to disable the Google Play Services when building the APK.
Alternatives considered
There is no other alternative, no WebUI.
