Bot-controlled "Breakout Rooms"

Not an issue but a question / feature request ...

... I would like to use Mattermost and BBB in my relatively large class this coming September and something I would love to be able to do is have a "Classroom Management Bot" to whom I could say "start breakouts" and the bot would look at who is online, group them somehow in private chats, and the for those private chats launch a BBB session.

So I think my question is whether a bot can trigger a "Start BigBlueButton Meeting" within an arbitrary chat session?
