Cards listed from closed boards

It would seem that the API allows you to pull cards from closed boards… that doesn't seem too handy.

I'm also seeing cards assigned to me but in a done pile, this should work the same way https://trello.com/username/cards does.

@evantravers / @stephenway (clearly) have had little time to work on this. You're both right. If you want to fork and submit that'd be great!
