Provide Options to Determine How Colony, Platinum, and Shelters are Added

Colony & Platinum could be chosen as follows.
Always
Coin Toss
Dice Roll
Card Drawn
The number of Prosperity cards. This should be able to be set with one of options 2-4 above.
Require all Kingdom cards are from Prosperity. This should be able to be set with one of options 2-4 above.

Shelters could be chosen as follows.
Coin Toss
Dice Roll
Card Drawn
The number of Dark Ages Kingdom cards in the set. This should be able to be set with one of the first 3 options above.
Require all Kingdom cards are from Dark Ages. This should be able to be set with one of the first 3 options above.

Add Colony & Platinum if the supply contains X Prosperity Kingdom cards.

X could be a menu with the following options.

at least X - Selecting this displays a field for entering a number.
between X and Y - Selecting this displays two fields for entering a number in each with and between them.

I provided links to the official wiki for Colony and Shelters for the Random Card Drawn. Based on that the suggestion is to randomly draw a Kingdom card and if it's from Prosperity include Colony & Platinum, the Platinum article states the same with respect to this, or if it's from Dark Ages include Shelters.

I think that's what most randomizers do that have this option. Doing it that way is not a rule as in the wording for Shelters is "Do not use the same card to choose whether or not to use Shelters as you use to choose whether or not to use Platinum and Colony" which would be impossible if the method in the previous paragraph was used. My suggestion is to provide some options and offer at least the following.

Colony & Platinum Random Card Drawn Options:
Card drawn is from Prosperity or card Type is Treasure or either one of the previous.

Shelters Random Card Drawn Options:
Card drawn is from Dark Ages or card Type is Victory or either one of the previous.

If you don;t want to offer user options for this, I suggest the logic you use is "either one of the previous."
