Feature request: randomise expansions

Allow randomly picking expansions based on a pool by the user (the user would select which expansions they own/would like to be selected).

I'm willing to code the feature myself. Would the PR be accepted if I did?

Can you provide a concept of UI ?

I don't have a particular idea in mind, but perhaps something similar to the current "Sets" UI, except with an additional input "Randomise [] sets among:"

Then you'd ble able to select sets to definitely include, plus X sets to pick among the selected options.

Perhaps a better layout would be to have all the sets just once, and a three-way switch (or equivalent control) to pick whether to exclude, include, or randomise. If at least one set is selected as randomise, a control for how many to randomise could be revealed/enabled.
