Region Snow Cover detection.

This maybe something that should be implemented in home assistant or something else but here is the idea.

1. You mark a region like your driveway / sidewalk etc.
2. You give a DAY and NIGHT vision example of when it is "clear of snow" and of when it is covered as snow.. maybe able to pick a sample from past recordings?
3. You then get a sensor output of the % clear/ normal that region is.

Why do it this way instead of just sampling a spot with a color? Well snow is not perfectly consistent and how covered it is might be helpful in setting a cut off from a partial cover that will melt on its own or a thick cover that is going to need shoveling.

Main Idea here is to generate a notice or reminder if the driveway / walks need clearing first thing in the morning on on the weekend when I may have slept in.

This could also potentially be useful for other ground cover changes like if the gras is changing color to dead or leaves are covering the lawn in fall? Maybe even did you remember to put the cover on the POOL if it was a different color?
