Report logs to external service

Are you planning to add support to report those log to some logs service?

This is mostly intended for development purposes, and while I'm certainly open to looking into this in the future, I'd recommend something like Apollo Engine for anything that'd involve "report to log service" since it should provide more than anything we could possibly implement by orders of magnitude.

The difference for me from Apollo Engine is here you get the actual time the user is waiting, and in my app at production is something that is missing to me at the moment and I would like to monitor it. but it is totally can be a different package
