Loader for Particle Tachyon (QCM6490)

Hi,
This board based on QCM6490 https://www.particle.io/tachyon/ uses EDL for regular flashing, so also the loader is available there

List available software images:

e.g. the desktop image from https://linux-dist.particle.io/release/tachyon-ubuntu-20.04-RoW-desktop-formfactor_dvt-1.0.167.zip contains images/qcm6490/edl/prog_firehose_ddr.elf which works fine on that device.

So why don't add this loader to this repo?
Or at least directly link the file?
