Two actions button with a delay within the first and the second action

Hi everyone,

sorry for the basic question

is it possible to have a two actions button with a delay within the first and the second action without needing me to doble press or long press the button itself?

I would need the butto to act like this:

• I press it
• Action 1 is triggered
• 2 seconds delay
• Action 2 is automatically triggered
