Linux .desktop file help?

Hi!

I tried to create a .desktop file in Linux so I could add bitfocus companion to my bar and start it more easily than navigating to the location each time. I've followed the directions as accurately as I can, and the .desktop file targets the companion launcher, but it doesn't seem to trigger when I click it. Might anyone with more experience take a look and see if I've made a mistake somewhere or if there's any reason it might not be working? Like, have I targeted the wrong file? I've included a screenshot showing the .desktop file, the file text, and the target location for companion.
