This is something that is really coming together, but hasn't been integrated with metatlas code.
Overdue by 9 year(s)•Due by February 29, 2016•4/4 issues closedEach metatlas user has stopped by my office and recommended that we build an integrated widgetized-application that has file/group/experiment selector with atlas/compound selector with viewers seeing rt/mz/fragementation references pasted onto real data. There is no doubt that we need this, but development touches everything in the code. Lets make a push to start realizing this goal by hooking things together as we go.

Eventually, we will need to have * certain tables editable only by adminstrators * row-level permissions at the user-level * file-level permissions for private data I don't want these tasks to stand in the way of the rapid development activities, but many of the new issues fall under this milestone.
Overdue by 9 year(s)•Due by August 31, 2016•2/2 issues closedThis workflow will facilitate a user to * Identify and select their files * Build groups that subset their files into meaningful sets * Select an appropriate Atlas * Extract data from their files using that Atlas * Download the chromatograms, identification figures, spreadsheets, and errorbar plots This should give them a good head-start to begin analysis and interpretation.
