I generated tree and the alignment for the metagenomic samples. Now I am trying to visualize the tree using graphlan. Based on what can be seen in the tutorial for visualization, one have to download metadata.txt. I am not sure if this is a unique file that should be used for any metagenomic samples or this file is only applied for the example used in the tutorial?
Also once I installed graphlan using conda the file "add_metadata_tree.py" can not be found in the bin directory. So is there any way to access the script and download it separately?
