How could I verify the deepgo2 is correctly installed? #4

Thanks for sharing the deepgo2, which is very easy to install. I can generate predictions in the TSV format, but how do I verify the output is what it should be? Could you please provide the output of Run the model python predict.py -if data/example.fa for references?

I think that is a good idea. Here are the predictions for example.fa mf, bp and cc
