Issues when running a S. cerevisae (yeast) dataset on v3.5.0+master241112 #1300

While working on a customer dataset on S. cerevisae I had the following error messages, as shown in teh attached screenshots.

Static heatmap does not show up

No protein names show up in the table on the right

No heatmap displayed

While the message says that a pdf report has been produced, the platform fails to do so (see red box)
